ORDER This 26th day of April, 1990, the appellee having moved to affirm the judgment of the Family Court, and it appearing that said motion should be granted on the basis of and for the reasons stated by the Family Court in its decision dated February 23, 1989. The legal issues are clearly controlled by settled Delaware law. To the extent that the issues on appeal are factual, clearly there is sufficient evidence to support the findings of fact. Clearly, there was no abuse of discretion by the trial Judge.
